Who is responsible?
Elite Apps is the brand used on this website. For privacy questions, contact our contact form. The legal controller’s full name, registered or business address, and any required registration details must be confirmed before this notice is used for a public business launch.
This notice covers website visits, project planning, enquiries and the administration of this website. A client project may require a separate contract, confidentiality agreement or data processing agreement.
Information we handle
When you choose to contact us, you may provide your name, business email, company, country, service interest, timeframe, budget context and message. A submitted enquiry also records a timestamp and your acknowledgement of the privacy notice. Optional fields can be left blank.
The project planner temporarily keeps your brief in your browser when you choose to carry it to the contact form. Downloading a brief does not submit it. Administrators have account records, password hashes, sign-in sessions and audit records. Technical security controls process connection information to protect the service.
Please do not include passwords, payment card details, identity documents, health information or personal customer records in an enquiry.
Why we use information
We use enquiry information to understand your request, respond, discuss a potential engagement and manage follow-up. We use administrative and security information to control access, investigate problems and protect the website.
Where UK data protection law applies, responding to a requested proposal may involve steps before entering a contract. Routine business correspondence and proportionate service security may rely on legitimate interests, subject to considering your interests and rights. Specific legal duties may provide a separate legal basis. The form acknowledgement records that you have seen this notice; it is not marketing consent.
We do not use website enquiries to make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. This build contains no newsletter or advertising subscription.
Who may receive it
Authorised personnel may review enquiries in the restricted content studio. When enabled, email notifications are addressed to our contact form. The notification integration is designed to use Resend, while the receiving mailbox is provided by Google. These providers may process message content and delivery information under their applicable terms.
Hosting, infrastructure or professional advisers may also handle information where needed to provide the service or meet a legal obligation. The production supplier list and contractual arrangements must be confirmed before collection starts. We do not sell enquiry details.
International processing
The location of the production host and provider accounts has not yet been confirmed. Email and infrastructure providers may process information in more than one country. Before enabling collection, the controller must identify applicable transfer destinations and put in place any required adequacy mechanism or appropriate contractual safeguards. Do not assume that all information remains in the UK.
Retention and security
The current application stores accepted enquiries, delivery status and administrative records in a local database. There is no automatic enquiry deletion schedule in this build. A documented retention period, deletion process and backup retention schedule must be configured before public collection is enabled.
Access controls, password hashing, request validation and administrative audit records help protect the service. Production operation also requires HTTPS, secure configuration, restricted database access and maintained backups. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your privacy rights
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may request access to your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. These rights can have limits and exceptions.
Send a request to our contact form, explaining the information and action involved. We may need proportionate information to confirm your identity. We will respond within the applicable statutory period and explain any permitted extension.
You can raise concerns with the Information Commissioner’s Office if UK data protection law applies. You may also have the right to approach your local supervisory authority.
Analytics, cookies, children and changes
Our Cookies & browser storage notice explains security cookies, temporary planner storage and optional analytics. With consent, Google Analytics may process page visits, device/browser information and interactions such as contact-button clicks. We do not intentionally send enquiry fields or calculator briefs as analytics events. Google may process technical connection information, including IP addresses, when its scripts are loaded; see Google’s privacy information. Analytics retention, international transfers and provider arrangements must be confirmed for the live property. This business website is not designed to collect information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has supplied information that should be reviewed.
We will update this notice when the service or processing arrangements change. The review date below identifies this version; it does not mean that unresolved launch details have been verified.
