The project planner produces a brief and is not a binding quotation or price calculator. An enquiry, downloaded brief or initial conversation does not create a development contract. We do not guarantee search rankings, revenue, app-store approval or uninterrupted availability.
Project agreements
Before paid work begins, the parties should agree the contracting entities, scope, deliverables, acceptance criteria, responsibilities, fees, taxes, payment milestones and change process in writing. The project agreement should also address confidentiality, intellectual property, third-party licences, security, data processing, hosting, maintenance, termination and handover.
These website terms do not replace that agreement or grant an automatic right to project source code, intellectual property, support or a particular delivery schedule.
