A considered approach

Built on understanding.
Delivered with care.

We prioritise tests around business impact: payments, permissions, data integrity and core customer tasks. Exploratory testing complements automation so the release is assessed beyond the expected path.

What we can help with

  • Risk-based test plans
  • Functional and regression testing
  • API and integration testing
  • Device and browser checks
  • Release acceptance checklists
A considered engagement

Know what you are
agreeing to build.

01 / SCOPE

A defined first phase.

Discovery identifies the users, priorities, dependencies and acceptance criteria. We distinguish an initial release from later improvements before proposing delivery milestones.

02 / RESPONSIBILITIES

A shared delivery plan.

Agree who provides content, access and decisions. Clarify third-party costs, review dates, change requests and any procurement or data requirements in the proposal.

03 / OWNERSHIP

A clear route after launch.

Settle source access, licences, environment documentation and maintenance responsibilities in writing. Support hours and response targets depend on the agreed service arrangement.

Make the work tangible

Clear outputs.
At every milestone.

We agree the exact deliverables during discovery. A considered engagement makes both progress and responsibilities visible.

01 /

Before the build

A shared problem statement, prioritised requirements, integration assumptions and acceptance criteria.

02 /

During delivery

Working increments, review notes, test evidence and decisions recorded against the agreed scope.

03 /

At handover

Agreed source access, environment documentation, release notes and a clear maintenance arrangement.

A practical path forward.

01 /

Discover

Understand the people, the problem and what success should look like.

02 /

Design

Make the important decisions tangible through journeys and prototypes.

03 /

Build

Develop in clear milestones, with regular reviews and testing.

04 /

Evolve

Launch with a handover plan and keep improving with evidence.

When should testing begin?

During requirements and design. Clear acceptance criteria reveal ambiguity early and make release decisions more predictable.

How much will my project cost?

Pricing depends on scope, integrations, design, data and delivery constraints. Use the project planner to organise your requirements, then request a proposal. We do not publish unapproved indicative prices.

What happens after launch?

We agree a handover and maintenance plan, including ownership of hosting, monitoring, updates and support. Service levels are defined in the contract.

Test what matters to your product.

Identify critical journeys, permissions, integrations and costly failure cases. Match coverage to product risk and release scope.

WHY THIS MATTERS

Prioritise the failures that would most affect your users and business, then agree the evidence needed to release.
